These Guys are very good at what they do. From the moment they first pulled on my property til they left. They were totally professional and double checked everything they did. I even stood on my front porch and watched the helper go around and check everything on that truck. To make sure it was tied down or locked in place proper. Just completely thorough. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of septic services. Over a span of about a month we had our septic tank pumped out twice by another company. That company told us that our leech field lines had failed and told us that we need to replace them without doing much investigation to determine if that was actually true. I called Daniel (Jones Septic) and explained to him what was going on and he agreed to come out and investigate my problem. He found that my leech field lines had not failed and my problem ended up being a fairly simple fix. He did all that for a very fair price and I am thankful for everything he did. I will continue to use this company for any future septic needs.

As you can tell, it was not a easy solution, but it was a professional, well-thought out solution. What began as a request for a pump out of a very old septic tank turned out to need more. Daniel offered us several options, but when a new system turned out to be impossible because of a nearby well, he came up with a solution, including a new pop-up feature. It may have been our best purchase. Sewage should never be in a bathtub. What we loved most is he did his research. He contacted the city for our sewage layout plat, he contacted the gas company to locate our gas lines and he contacted AT&T to locate phone lines.
