Great Clips - Closed

Lady that cut me hair was rude to me and spoke to me condescendingly. Came here from a nearby college and was hoping that I would have a good experience and it was absolutely horrible. The haircut itself came out well, but the lady that cut my hair was not customer friendly at all and spoke to me negatively and insultingly in many cases. Messed up my sideburns and when I brought it up she didn't even apologize and instead said "you told me up until the crease" speaking sarcastically when I didn't say to cut the sideburns that high at all I requested to cut my sideburns lower, but that request was completely ignored. Moreover, the lady kept trying to explain to me the logistics of the haircut when I was requesting a certain kind of haircut, she would be stubborn and not listen to my requests at all saying "this will be better" even though it is my hair. Sad that this is the only haircut place nearby to my school, but planning on never coming back and I hope that customer service gets fixed. I never write google reviews, but this experience was so uncomfortable for me I had to write about it and put it somewhere. I hope my feedback helps with customer service and I hope everyone has a great day!

Every stylist is very courteous and considerate. They are very professional too.
