Worst hair experience I have had since I was a kid. I went in for a simple trim. Since the place I would normally go 2 had lost power and were not answering the phone or seeing anyone. So thought surely a couple of inches would be no problem for anyone with a licenses to cut hair. I e even specifically went over it a couple of times repeating how I did not want it to short. Wanted it kept bellow my shoulders. Well she dampens the crap out of my hair then cuts it wet. And keeps talking non stop which is fine if you can cut hair and talk but. Clearly couldn't focus on the fact she hacked all my hair off. And when I asked her what happened and why it was so short she said since cutting it while semi wet made it seem longer and now it dry it was shorter then she thought. I was speechless. Normally I am never the type to complain so wow choking back tears. My mom quickly paid which I didn't think we should have had 2 considering she did the exact opposite of what I told her. And didn't even thin it out properly. While point I need a hair cut was so it would feel lighter, and cooler and easier to style. She should only do boy/men hair. And even then would be cautious. Very friendly and nice but how could you be so careless.......I wish I could be one of those people who complain because I should get a refund. Wish I could remember her name. Sigh hopefully it grows back soon Picture A is before hair cut. Picture B is after. She cut like 8 inches off. Didn't thin it at all. I told her I was unhappy and she charged us anyways.
