        Big thanks to Jeffrey over there! We placed a couple of orders by phone this past Friday during crazy lunch hour. For some reason the system was not splitting the orders properly. It took some time to get everything situated but the entire time Jeffrey was apologetic and just had an overall great attitude while trying to figure everything out. Shout out to him for being able to stay calm through the chaos, being able to handle our issue as quickly as he could and even being patient with us when there was some communication issues on our end as well. Y'all got a good one.

        Ever since moving to Columbus 4 years ago, I've tried to give this McAlister's a chance. Every time I go in though, it's not good service and the food is eh. Other McAlister's I've been to, acknowledge the customer as soon you walk in the door whether they are taking an order or not. Not this McAlister's. I always find myself waiting for any type of acknowledgement, not even a "hi, I'll be with you in a moment" type of acknowledgement. Well, today, I thought that I'd try again. I ended up walking out without even ordering. Not going back. Done with trying to give them a chance.
