No way would I ever eat here.
I ordered online before I left work and when I arrived no order and was to be found even when I showed my confirmation.
Anyways, backtracking a bit. When I first walked in the door before being greeted, I saw the employee scratching their head and neck and getting right back at it making a pizza, no gloves or washing hands, literally running their fingers through their hair and scratching their neck and right into the toppings and spreading all over the pizza. After my order wasn't made or found, told me it would only take 15mins and I said forget it, because I don't care how hot an oven gets, I don't need burnt hair and dead skin on my pizza

Worst hungry Howie's I've ever been to. BY FAR. I always have to get my son from HH when I come down south to visit and this place was terrible. I think it must have been the owner working today too? Jeez. The credit card machine want working so he was taking peoples phone numbers and telling them here would call them later to get their credit card numbers and charge them? Huh?? Thankfully I'd ordered online which you'd think would be fool proof. NAWT. They messed up my order, of course. And the cinnamon bread was dry and terrible and they covered the cinnamon bread in CORNMEAL???? Like I said I love HH from way back, and I have never ever seen them put cornmeal on the desserts. He re-made my sub but ugh

I order food using the app today at roughly 8:30 pm. (Money taken from my bank.) I waited patiently for two hours before I started calling. I expected to get some excuse as to why I had not received my food, instead my calls were ignored. Well, it is now 11:30 and I feel certain they never intended to come.
