Pizza Roma

Terrible Food followed by even Horrific service! I been in the restaurant business for 12 years! from a GM to owning my own franchise and last night i was very disappointed with every aspect! I order the spaghetti and meatballs with wings. The spaghetti literally tasted like the kids in the back were playing a joke..the whole plate taste like PURE SALT..you could even see the grainy texture from where the salt had been dumped in and I also had a long black hair in my wings. I called back to speak with a manager or the owner. THERE WAS NOT A MANAGER OR A OWNER PRESENT ON A SATURDAY NIGHT!!!...I was very displeased. The "kids" as that's what they sounded like begin laughing and hung up in my face! I called back several times to with no answer! UNREAL!!!.

I do NOT recommend you order pizza from ! We waited an hour and 45 minutes for terrible pizza.... Order from somewhere else!

Somewhere between cardboard and actual pizza. I would have had a better guess if the pizza would have arrived hot. But after an hour and fifteen minute wait, the pizza was cold, over priced for the sad quality and taste and they couldn't get the price right or figure out how to run my credit card. Bottom line; I will never order pizza from them again as a two dollar frozen pizza would have been better!!
