I received excellent customer service even after receiving an engagement ring that was missing a diamond, the staff sent it off put a rush in it and got it back to me within 2 weeks! They also called and made sure I was satisfied with my ring and the service. I really appreciate them.

They are the worst. They do not honor ANY of their warranties. They don't honor warranties on rings, necklaces, or ear rings. The jewelry is of terrible quality. If you want to throw away money, this is your store.
I will stick with Gordon's and my other favorites. I know their jewelry is made of good quality and it holds its value. They honor their warranties.

My fiancé and I went into the store today to look at a wedding band for him. The staff/ladies were so Awesome! We ended up trading my engagement ring in and getting an upgrade to the wedding set of my choice! We were not pressured at all to spend any money, we took our time and they took their time with us as well. Great Customer service! Would recommend to all my friends and family. Everyone was so nic and worked with us until we were happy.
