ThisThus company is horrible you miss one payment your harassed. By there rude people. Miss darlene Hines called everyday wanting money. And when i informed her my husband lost his job. I got told it had nothing to do with my account. There threatening to sue me and put a judgment on me. I told them also that the item i got doesnt work before i can get it fixed i have to pay. Which makes no sense since it doesnt work.. I will inform my lawyers that i have tried to make a payment but you can't because before you can you hear what a horrible person you are for not paying. These people sue usa service men they should be a shamedThis comapny

Don't go here, especially if you're military. We went on a payment plan for a brown plush sectional and loved it at first. Roughly a year into it, we had someone come out for damages and they agreed to fix it but we were PCS'ing. Got to our new place and they sent a contractor out. They sent him items for the fabric pulling apart on our wedge piece and for the broken seat of our couch. (These were not damaged by the movers.) Contractor didn't work out so we waited on further instructions. In the meantime, we wanted to pay off the sectional but were instructed NOT to until repairs were done by their own employees so we left a $600 balance. Despite back and forth phone calls, over a year later I received a call from the legal department claiming they were going to file against us for not paying. She kept interrupting me, talking over me, and eventually blamed damage on the dogs. 1) If a 60 lb dog can do that damage, the couch is crap and not worth purchasing in the first place. 2) If we hadn't made that large payment, we'd still be in our payment plan and multiple pieces already have issues? Again, crappy furniture. 3) If there were no intentions for repairs, why send the items to that contractor? (It didn't work with him because of issues on his end, not ours.) 4) Your OWN EMPLOYEES instructed us NOT to pay until it was fixed! She gave us "a deal" and we paid $500 to be done with them. It's not worth it. If you need furniture, get something cheap until you can afford it. Otherwise you're paying the price for a great piece of furniture but getting that same cheap quality. And if you're military? Don't fall for it like we did.
