had them resize my grandfathers ring. not only did they do that but they also cleaned & polished it. looks brand new. thank yall SO much. awesome job.

They say their work is done in house. But they sent my very expensive vintage with someone they know that works on the watches. They told me it would take a week for repair. Its been over 2 months now.

I dropped off a vintage Omega Seamaster to have the crystal replaced and the watch serviced. I was told it would take about 4 weeks. After that time had passed, I called and was told the watch was not ready. Every few weeks I would call back and get another excuse. This went on for FIVE months. I was as nice as I could be and gave them every opportunity to fix the watch, but after five months, I asked for the watch back. They returned it to me in non working condition with the crown not installed. The watch is worse off now than when I dropped it off. I will NEVER recommend this place.
