Columbus Hospice Inc

We were so blessed by Columbus Hospice during my mother's illness and death. Brandi was there almost daily and when she couldn't be there there was another nurse there. I was able to call with any concerns and a nurse would call me back almost immediately. Ms. Rose came in to bathe mama every other day which was a blessing. Greg and Daniel came to check on the family as well as mama. Precious men of God!! Thank you Columbus Hospice for doing your best to make mama and our family comfortable during her last days.

My mother had to go here to get over the adverse reactions from the medication they put her on- medication I had told them she had adverse reactions to - she walked in the door and 3 days later had to be taken out in a wheelchair. They put in a catheter when she didnt need one, tried to dehydrate her and gave her 2 medications we specifically told the Dr she could not take. Dr Onlee Harden took her off her fentanyl patch that had been working well for her cancer pain for months and put her on morphine because it was less expensive- even after we told them several times that my mother had adverse reactions to morphine. I switched her to serenity hospice which offered palliative care. I only wish I had done so sooner. Our experience with Columbus Hospice was absolutely horrible.
