It’s really the employees at Azalea Trace that make it great. Ms. Carolyn (“Blue”), Ms. Katrina, Ms. Smith, Ms. Drew, and so many more are all very caring and kind. The social worker Karen is also really great. Thank you to everyone at Azalea Trace for working so hard to care for our loved ones - it’s not an easy job, I know! ❤️

I only chose the one star because I could not go lower. It is an old facility and seems to house only those who are on medicare/medicaid. My brother was there a year. He kept falling and finally they lowered his bed to floor level. I alway saw the caregivers (can't call them nurses) standing around the desk talking to the lead nurse (if that is what she is) or I would go to my brother's room and find them in there watching their Soap Operas. Yet they said my brother needed a full time (12 hrs day) sitter to care for him. It was only $5000 a month or more. The nursing home would clean his room and dispense meds. the other responsibilities would pass to the sitter, All the residents there are roll into the hall way. I have never seen one being offered a drink of water or anything. My brother has a brain injury and talks all the time. They were tire of that so they want to pass the care to someone else yet still receive funding. NOPE don't go there.
