Wells Fargo Bank

I went to withdrawal from the drive thru for the convenience, but it didnt go as smooth as it normally goes. I was there 3:30pm on Friday March 22nd 2024. The woman at the drive thru asked if I had another signature. I gave her another signature thats longer that I use for legal documents and she replied that both signatures matched but couldnt give me my withdrawal. She sent me inside. I waited 20 extra minutes and the teller informed me that she didnt give me my withdrawal because she didnt know me.. we are removing all of our personal and business accounts. Weve been banking with them for many years and just because the woman didnt know me she held my funds from me. She had my ID and my Wells Fargo card as well. Did she need my birth certificate as well?

Tried calling the bank to talk about home loans. No on ever answers. If a business cant answer the phone and doesnt have an answering machine, they are obviously not professional

My Spouse has been with the bank for over 18 years and the Carrollton branch (Bankhead HWY) is the WORST bank we have ever seen! Over the last 3 years this bank has went downhill and head the bottom hard! You see up to 10 people walking and talking but there will be ONLY ONE working the drive through and if by chance two people it still takes anywhere from 15 minutes to well over and hour to get through the line! Thats with no cars ahead or the huge amount that seems to be always there trying to get through. If you go in its not better! One, maybe two tellers on a good day and they have to chat with each other or the customers for LONG lengths of time. If you go in to talk to someone appointment or not take a book of something to pass time as every time we go in, we have waited for more than an hour many times. They walk right by and don't even notice you! We just went in for a loan appointment and was there early the guy kept walking by and after almost an hour after appointment time we had to ask someone to help and he shut the door and got on the phone making us waited another 20 minutes. RUDE! We have called in and reported these problems to different departments and one lady got rude and said they were understaffed and busy. BUSY! DOING WHAT! If it wasn't for our house mortgage through the bank, we would be gone to BANK OZK!
