        I expect to receive my card immediately after you use it. Theres no reason why you should have my card for 10 minutes in the drive thru. Very slow and still didnt give me all of my order

        We got the half soup/half sandwich or mac. Seems expensive ($13+ per person) for the amount of food you get. The soup wasn't even a full bowl amount. It was a half a bowl. Chicken noodle soup was very salty. Cashier didn't ask me to choose a side, so they ended up giving me hard french bread. I didn't know I could have replaced it with a bag of chips or apple. It's been a long time since we've eaten here and probably my last time.

        Quality has hit rock bottom at this location and at most paneras around Gwinnett. I ordered my usual, chipotle chicken avocado melt and southwest salad and I was massively disappointed. Yikes.
