Follow up to my 3 year old review..still 5 stars. I have used them for a few more HVAC repairs since then and they fix it correctly and quickly the first time.

Was way off with diagnosistic. Said ac compressor was bad because of power surge. Said wires were burnt. I had another company come out for second diagnosis. They said nothing was wrong with compressor no burnt wires. He said I had a leak and he recharged unit. Unit worked fine afterward. If ac compressor was bad unit would not work.

These guys are incredibly rude. I was directed to them from American Home Shield. It took longer than the designated 24 hrs to schedule an appt. I tried calling a few times but their number kept rolling to voicemail. I finally reached them today (12 days after I opened a ticket with AHS). The man who answered the phone said they could not find my information, asked why I sounded like I had an attitude and then hung up on me. Hard to believe there are companies like this that are in business today.

Hands down the worst air company. Blayne the owner decided to cancel my order because he told me to call the manufacture and check on the part, so I did do. This morning Blayne told me I caused him 2 hours worth of paperwork therefore he transferred my case to another company who could tolerate me. There is no reason for me to be treated like that. Rudest company in history. Do NOT use them. I now have to use another company and wait another week for my air unit to be fixed. It makes me give them one star however they don't deserve any.
