Update to my review from early 2018. Kristy Petrillo is a skilled and capable real estate agent, but since she served as agent in the purchase of a lot in Mineral Bluff she has proved unresponsive and stopped returning communications. She offered to recommend builders; but the original one I preferred did not have time to do the work and subsequent builders she recommended did not appear trustworthy. I decided to sell the lot, and first Kristy advised me to set the selling price way too high. After nearly a year I instructed her to lower the price, but during the whole time she had the listing Kristy did nothing to keep me informed and chose to ignore inquires regarding strategies we might employ to get the lot sold in a reasonable time. I have lost confidence in Kristy and took the lot off the market. Sorry to say I cannot imagine ever working with her again.

Highly recommended. Kristy served as Buyer's Agent and did not disappoint. Supported by an army of assistants and useful contacts, Kristy helped to locate the ideal property and negotiated skillfully with the Seller's Agent. I was impressed by her assistant named Anna, who helped me out from the beginning and contributed to my decision to meet with Kristy. These are top-notch real estate professionals and without a doubt earn my top recommendation...
