This person has weird facebook marketplace adds posted. Claims to be posting for her sister who then claimed she wants me to wire her money for a toolbox which she will then ship to me despite being posted in the same city I live in. Either your account was hacked or you're running a really really lame scam. Going with the scam version considering the email i jut received from your "sister". Buyers be cautious, very strange situation.

Audrey was able to sell two properties that many other realtors had for years. Audrey sold both in months. Ashes went out of her way to take care of an issue we had with a combative neighbor. She gets 5 stars from this blue ridge and fannin county resident.

I was moving from Fl to Ga. Audrey was the perfect hostess & realtor. She drove me around town while asking questions about my life & what I enjoyed doing. She showed me homes all around Ellijay. After learning more about me she said "You need to live in Coosawatee River Resort" and she was 100% right. I have the perfect home, yard & community. Audrey nailed it! I made a new friend for life.

I wouldn't trust working with this lady, very shady. Not helpful, pretty much gave me the runaround. I noticed from the beginning that she was very jittery, which made me feel very uncomfortable trying to purchase my first home. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. Buyers be ware!
