Used homes junk. Especially for the high price they asking. Don't waste your time looking for used trailers here. Only thing I found good was girl in office was nice

This company took over the land over the trailer park I live in along with many of the trailers tenants rent. I fortunately had a rent to own agreement with the previous landlords so I only pay this company lot rent. Over the last 2 years these have been the most unprofessional, unorganzied and disrespectful people you could possibly imagine. Today topped it off. I received a letter stating I owe late fees. I pay my lot rent towards to ends of the month every month because of the way my paychecks deposit and I humbley add the late fee to every money order so I was confused as to why I am receiving a notice I owe late fees. I called the office where the imbecile of an office manager Shanell Smith answers as unprofessionally as possible. I state I got this letter and as to why I am confused. She states the fee is for September I asked why if it was dated for 8/22/2023 if for September and if that's the case should i just ignore because I'll be paying my Sept rent on the 21st she tells me no I can't just ignore and I proceed to ask why not if I just explained I'm paying on the 21st. This incredibly obscene woman continues to shout in my ear and I can't understand her and I told her she is not going to be rude and disrespectful when im just trying to clarify & correct whatever issue this is. I am then being screamed at & I hung up. I then attempted to call "Billy" and I don't know his last name but he was to my knowledge the owner or Co owner of this company because that is what he introduced himself as back in february 2021 when they took over. I explain the issue & the unprofessionalism of that woman & he tells me he's not over this way anymore he just goes where the boss tells him so he cant do anything. I ask for the name/contact # of his boss &he tells me he aint telling me that and I'm just gonna have to deal with that woman who was screaming through the phone. These folks have been nothing but unprofessional, rude, SLUM LORDS to the properties and the land they sit on and I am appalled along with multiple other tenants. I filed a complaint to the better business bureau. I've also done some research and learned of all the past and current lawsuits they have because of their unprofessionalism. Looks as though many are the same situations as mine. Threatening people with evictions and claiming fees that don't exist all while being SLUMLORDS. They have ran out multiple tenantas who lived here for years because of the way they treat their tenants, the repairs they dont repair and the outragious raises in rents. Stay away from this company. I'm sure ill recieve a threatening soon because of this and im looking forward to it.
