Unlike most, I was looking for a small Mobile Home for myself. Other dealers didnt give me the time of the day. I saw some Models at ScotBilt that I wanted to look at and me and my Son drove to the lot. We got a paper with all the models on the lot, prices, sizes and went to look at what was relevant to me. We looked at some and went to meet Savannah. Got some information and Savannah listened to me and suggested that I could get a home built how I wanted it. I told her my needs and she picked a model. She was absolutely awesome in the whole process! She listens and now I live in my home and absolutely love it. I have all my wants and needs and couldnt be happier. She was in tune with what I wanted and that, to me, makes a big difference. Thank you Savannah and ScotBilt !!

The absolute worst company to purchase a mobile home from. Workers if they show up have no idea what they are doing. everything is slapped together. Feel free to email me and Ill give you any detailed info you want to know about this horrible company!
