T-Mobile

This location should not exist! There is just no purpose for it to be in business. Every single time I reluctantly patronize this store, there is no solution or help offered and I am redirected to a different location or advised to call customer service. On my most recent visit, they refused to provide the same offer given via Sprint/T-Mobile customer service. Additionally, they are unprofessional and simply not solution-oriented. Ultimately, if you have an issue with your phone or device, go to literally ANY OTHER store!

Most definitely coming back for future questions or upgrades, Lydia helped me today and she answered all my questions. She was very nice and even gave suggestions to benefit me, she was also very sweet to my inpatient little one. Lydia informed me of the specials that are running at the moment for things I was interested in. Definitely recommend them. I have been with T-Mobile for 7 years and still really happy with their service.

I walked in and I was immediately greeted by very professional representatives. I needed to open two new lines but I wasnt sure how to go about it. The representatives were more than helpful to provide me with affordable plans for both lines. My problem was quickly resolved by Veronica and her team which are on TOP of everything. Awesome awesome people.

Today I came in with an issue, both Curiston and the assistant manager carly were able to assist me with my needs. I ended up getting the new galaxy s22 for free, as well as a new one plus 9 severely discounted for my business line. We went over my plan and they made sure before I left the store I was properly set up and taken care of. They also were able to get me an amazing deal on some new galaxy bud pros (perfect timing I just ran over my old ones) if you ever need help come see these ladies they're amazing! Thank you again, Curiston and Carly you guys are amazing!

I went into the T-Mobile store requesting a new sim. My phone has been losing service intermittently and I wanted to see if this would solve the problem. I walk in and I am greeted by two young women. I explain my situation with the lady Im working with (I didnt see a name tag but she was the white lady with long hair). I initially ask to get an e-sim for my iPhone 11 Pro but I am told thats not possible. Now Ive worked for T-Mobile for over 5 years and know theres esim training throughout C-2 and I also know dual sim has been available since the iPhone XS. But the young lady is rather adamant that it isnt available for my device. When I question her about it she responds with she been working with iPhones for over 7 years so shed know. However she was defiantly wrong and rude because I tried to explain where to find the needed info but she apparently didnt care. She then suggested that I call customer care to verify that she was correct and T-Mobile doesnt allow this to happen. No one is expected to know everything, but when presented with a situation such as this understanding and empathy are core values at T-Mobile but none of that was shown in this case
