Every time I take a class at DDY I feel energized and inspired to face the day ahead! All of the instructors make the classes fun and challenging. I highly recommend this studio!

A beautiful and inviting place to perfect your practice! You will absolutely get a workout here so come prepared to sweat. The teachers are also very helpful in modifying poses to meet you at your level. More than great yoga, DDY is a welcoming and supportive community. I'm always learning and meeting wonderful fellow yogis here.

I love this yoga studio. The energy in the space is warm and welcoming. Its clean with awesome yoga props available. Each instructor offers their own positivity, power, knowledge and authenticity at each practice, cultivating community and support among practitioners. During a time thats still dicey on the public health front, DDYs taken a vax/mask stance that makes me feel comfortable regularly attending class. All instructors are amazing. Among my favorite are Shelley, Ukwuoma and Mersiha for their passion, firm grasp of traditional form and elegance. Here for DDY! Cheers xx

Amazing classes theyre Power Vinyasa class is a fantastic workout with an even more wonderful stretch. The classes are heated but Ive noticed how beneficial heated classes/ sweating is for my skin definitely a perk. Every teacher Ive had has been so wonderful! They also offer yoga teacher training if thats your vibe and really cool international yoga retreats. Couldnt recommend this studio more if you love to get a good workout in while also freeing your mind, body, and spirit.
