I am very grateful for Amy! She creates a great environment with challenging workouts that are creative and never repetitive. I highly recommend her gym.

I was in Atlanta for a week and had 5 individual kettlebell sessions with Amy, and 2 classes. My wife also had a session with her. This was my introduction to kettlebells. Amy is incredibly knowledgeable, observant, and her feedback is unbelievably helpful. A gem of a studio. Ill go back every time Im in Atlanta.

Amy rocks! I have been going to Iron Root for a year and that's the longest I have ever stayed dedicated to any fitness routine! She is such an amazing instructor along with Chris and Jess. It's a great crowd and you end up getting to know everyone pretty well after awhile- which just adds to the supportive ambience! :)
