        HYs Memorial location has a 6am flow class every day of the week. The teacher varies so I can go every morning and not feel bc like Im taking the same class on repeat. I would definitely recommend the studio. Ive been attending most days for over a year and think its a great value.

        Highland yoga is amazing! The $30 intro offer for a month going on right now is the best around. The high powered yoga is an incredible way to clear your mind and loosen your body from head to toe. Highly recommend.

        Absolutely love highland yoga. Ive been to every studio and all of them are beautiful and clean and the instructors are all kind and knowledgeable. My favorite class was arm balance with Emily.

        I enjoy highland yoga. The room is hot - but not too hot. The teacher always checks in during the class on the room temp as well. The teachers are very knowledgeable and have great transitions between poses.
