If I could give a million stars and a few planets I would.
Kashi Atlanta hands down has some of the best yoga and meditation classes I have experienced. There is something for everyone at Kashi ATL.
Swami Jai Devi Saturday morning class is amazing.
One must try to fully understand the depth she can take you to, with expertise, charm, compassion and humor.
One of the benefits of the current Covid experience is you can try classes from the comfort of your home. I write this from Cape Cod MA, having moved for ATL years ago. Kashi ATL is a one of the gems of ATL. They serve the community on many levels and practice what they teach.

I’ve been doing yoga at Kashi Atlanta since 2004. They are without question THE BEST yoga studio and so much more. Acharya Swami Jaya Devi is a master teacher and I have learned so much from her both on and off the mat. Kashi Atlanta walks the talk! They serve those in need and teach the profound power of service and gratitude. One upside to the pandemic has been live streaming with Kashi Atlanta from my current residence in California, because Kashi Atlanta is not just my favorite yoga studio, it is my spiritual home.
