image Multiple phone calls and no calls answered and no voicemail. How do you run a business without that?

image I saw Kasey today for my first ever facial. She was kind and gentle and well informed. It felt like hanging out with a friend who really cared about how I felt, and what my skin needed. I highly recommend visiting her for any skincare needs. She was anazing!! My skin feels brand new. Loved my experience.

image I visited this location Feb. 9, 2022. It has taken me a long time to write this review because I try not to put out negative energy in the world however I need my voice to be heard because months later I am still dealing with the trauma from this day. I booked a massage that day with Vee. I almost laid down for a split second and I noticed there was a spot of dried blood on the massage bedding. I asked kindly for her to change it and she did. I went about with the service, but felt highly uncomfortable in the space because I have ocd and was paranoid about blood, and catching things. I was not relaxed at all. The staff was nice, I even tipped them 20% and bought some things, but to be honest with you, I am in therapy right now working on the trauma for this wellness center. I should have left the space immediately once I noticed the blood on the bedding, and now I have been living with severe paranoia I may caught something because of the blood stain on the massage sheets I came in contact with even though I know its not logical. I am working on it in therapy. I needed to write this review, so others can be cautious before getting into their bedding because you never know if it's properly washed and I don't want others to experience the same trauma I am dealing with from this place months later. I really don't if I will ever feel good or not paranoid from this place, and get passed my ocd from feeling like this place is dirty and my body was contaminated from even letting them continue to give me a massage. It's hard for me to trust this place at all or its workers with sanitization. This is a heads up for anyone, who may deal with ocd who is thinking about visiting this place. I don't want anyone to be having regrets months later like me.

image Phoenix wellness really cares about their clients. The environment is perfect for a relaxed mindset from the moment you enter the door till you leave (you won't want to lol). I have been getting a deep tissue massage with Beth for about 2 years now. I have never felt better! It is always a fantastic experience! I have a physically intensive job that causes much muscle soreness and pain. Beth sits you down and really gets to know your most problematic areas with genuine curiosity. She meticulously works through those areas with careful attention and focus, leaving you with a calm, loose and relaxed body and mind. Her easy going energy and positive aura are top notch as well! I highly recommend Beth for anyone looking for a truly transformative massage experience!
