We had water damage from the floors above and Remediation Group was quick to help with the cleanup, treatment and drying. It took a little time to get Insurance settled. We met with the design team and made our choices of materials.. Once the materials were ordered and gathered, the restoration phase went quickly. There was good communication with the team and we are very pleased with how our project turned out. We would call them again if the need arises. Thanks! RUN AWAY! RGI initially quoted water damage reconstruction at $100K while my accommodating insurer agreed to $80K after several requests from RGI. Last week, when it was time to finalize the scope of work, Fred (RGI Owner) indicated he wanted to charge for rooms and spaces where no work would be done b/c the initial estimate indicated $100K. I cant help it make sense because IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE! Dont let the attentiveness of mitigation, project planning or design deceive you because the owner is an earshot away plotting a scam. After 5 months of back and forth, no work has begun on my home and I am working with another contractor. This experience, largely the owner, is a NIGHTMARE!

Having experienced water damage in my condo, Remediation Group was called out. During the process they were responsive, communicated beautifully, sent daily progress reports and handled the process seamlessly. Having found out they provide Reconstructive Services, it's a "No-Brainer!" I'll be using them as it is like 1 Stop Shopping! Extremely convenient! Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
