The scheduled delivery is fake. Totally ruined my plan. Wasted my time and money! My 500 dollars for flight has been wasted!

I sent a package with them worth $140 and they lost the package and only refunded me $57.

Wanda is the absolute worst clerk that I have run into. She looks and sounds like she hates her job. Her go to answer is no. If you want someone to keep killing your business and turning away customers, you found the right one. As a former employee of UPS, it's a shame that there a people like this. Wanda gives everyone a bad names. There's supposed to be a standard at UPS. You all can do better.
