FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Service is terrible. Waiting for 30 mins then employee just walks out to go load a truck with people waiting. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. All I need to do is pick up a package.

They charge 10$ extra based on the weight of your package PER ITEM. I dont care how friendly they are that is a ridiculous fee when the nearest fedex is a 10 minute walk and youve already prepaid the postage.

Wow! The service I received at this location from Shay and Brooke was exceptional! I went into this location which is located in the HUB / Hyatt hotel (Atlanta) and I was eagerly greeted by two ladies. I was a bit frazzled and needed help with printing images and shipping my packages! I cant believe the service and the quality that was provided! They instantly put me at ease and made sure I was happy with the images that I needed to send out. There are quite a few fed ex locations on peachtree but this location at the Hyatt will be my go to because of the service provided thanks to Shay and Brooke. So grateful for their help and service today!

I needed a poster printed at this site. I called and they gave me their site's email so i could submit the poster directly to them (versus FedEx website). They promptly followed up to clarify expectations, confirm order, and take payment. The service was friendly and everything was as expected. Big thanks to Ondonjay and Steven!
