Sara Lee made our first-time home buying experience so wonderful. We were relocating from out-of-state, and she was the best person to introduce us to Atlanta. From our first zoom meeting, to house-hunting, to placing our offer, negotiations, and closing - she was on top of everything and made the whole process seamless. She was incredibly knowledgeable, never pushy, always accessible, and trustworthy. She went above and beyond to advocate for us and the things on our wishlist. We cannot recommend her enough!

My wife and I recently purchased new construction in the Atlanta area and had the pleasure of working with Sara Lee as our realtor. We not only had the challenge of being buyers in a sellers market, but doing it all from out-of-state. Despite that, we had an amazingly smooth and enjoyable process due to Sara Lee’s knowledge, professionalism, and determination to find us the perfect home. She went above and beyond in not only taking our wish list and turning that into a list of homes that fit our needs, but also in steering us into a part of town that we’d previously written off as unattainable. Now we are living in our dream home in a neighborhood that we absolutely love and that is all thanks to this amazing realtor. This is not our first time purchasing, but this experience has absolutely defined the benchmark of what the buying process should look like. In addition to understanding what we were looking for, Sara Lee took the time to act as our tour guide and show us around the different areas she knew would fit our lifestyle. She also helped us to secure the first home we put an offer in on, which is a testament to her negotiation skills (we were not the only prospective buyers). Throughout our several month build process she regularly communicated updates, answered our questions, and provided us with photos of the progress since we could not easily come to see them in person. My wife and I both expect timely and responsive communication when working with people, and Sara Lee absolutely exceeded our high expectations. As much as we love our home, if we do decide to upgrade in the future, Sara Lee will without a doubt be the realtor we choose to work with both buying and selling—she has absolutely won our business for as long as we remain in the Atlanta area!

As a first-time home-buyer, I was clueless and intimidated by what I was getting into, but working with Jeremy made it a breeze. His knowledge of the industry and markets inspires confidence, and he can provide excellent recommendations for related services (e.g. getting a mortgage, inspections, etc). I was impressed by how responsive, thoughtful, and patient he was with me throughout the whole process. He is truly committed to delivering great service and someone you can fully trust. He helped me find the perfect home and talked me out of bidding much more than I needed to, saving me thousands of dollars.

Shannon went above and beyond finding me the right home! This was my first time buying and she answered all of my questions, helped narrow down the neighborhood I Would eventually purchase in, and kept my spirits up during the long process! Even with complications that drew closing out, she was there every step of the way. Shannon is so kind, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend working with Shannon to find the right home!

When I was looking to move from another state I felt very lucky to have found Shannon. It was imperative to work with someone who knew Atlanta well, was very detail-oriented, conscientious. hardworking and well-informed about growth trends in different areas. She is all of those things and on top of that, caring. She went above and beyond including doing preliminary video tours of properties as well as coordinating with other professionals on my behalf. I highly recommend her!
