Not only does Bobbie excel in experience and knowledge , but she understands how to put the seller at ease. Her positive attitude and reassuring comments alywars gave me hope that my condo would sell. For anyone reading this, this is an honest review with absolutely no coercion from anyone. Its infrequent for me to review, but there are those rare cases where some stories must be told. Ive had the pleasure of working with the one and only Bobbie Schmitt. After trying other big named agents and real estate companies that promised to sell my home, I became very frustrated with the false promises. I then received a card from Bobbie Schmitt offering her services to sell my home. Although frustrated and having no faith in any agent at this point, I was paused at the level of detail and consideration in her card. I thought to myself, if someone would take this amount of time to put such detail in a card, I can only imagine the conciseness they would put into selling my home. So, I gave it a try. I will never forget when Bobbie walked into my home and said, Im going to sell your home for you! For the first time, it sounded, unlike the promises I had heard before. Now you may be reading this and thinking to yourself., How difficult is it to sell a home? After all, in my particular case, I had a very exquisite and astonishing home. These are the words from the 114 prospects that visited my home over the years but chose not to purchase it. Everyone said the home was one of the most beautiful places theyd seen, but it was not a practical place to live. Some refer to it as a museum, others as a place where no one could live daily. As beautiful as the home was, I had converted one of the closets in the bedroom into a laundry room. This was a big mistake and was a big turn-off for almost all potential buyers. But this was not a problem for Bobbie. What everyone else saw as a negative in my home, Bobbie would always find a reason why it worked perfectly for the home. I felt there would be no one that would think my home was as special as I did. I was at my last straw that I would ever sell my home, and even the final straw had no life in it. Bobbie put in so much hard work to sell my home that I wondered if I imagined things. She created brochures, booklets, announcements, posts, and detailed layouts of the house. The list goes on and on and on. It would be impossible for me to list the amount of dedication and professionalism that Bobbie invested into selling my home. She was never discouraged by the ever-changing market and made it her point to keep me motivated even through the pandemic. If Bobbie says she will call you at 2 PM, expect your phone to ring at 2 PM or expect a text message letting you know that shes in a meeting but will call you right back. And thats exactly what she does! You can always count on Bobbie to do what she says she will do. The level of attention and commitment she gives to each client is unimaginable in this fast-paced world we live in. I began to think I was her only client because thats how she makes you feel. She truly offers one on one service, and shes extremely personable. Working with Bobbie is like having a personal concierge that caters to every need required to sell your home. Shes highly professional and will never make promises that she cannot keep. She will not tell you what you want to hear, no matter how good it may make you feel. She will always give you the facts and honest expertise about selling your property. To me, thats priceless because I always knew what to expect from Bobbie. She's dedicated, honest, punctual, professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable. During my experience with Bobbie, everything around me involved changed, yet Bobbie was the one thing that remained consistent! It speaks volumes about who she is not only as an associate broker but as a person! Im in awe as I write this review that she sold my home when no one else could! She worked relentlessly to find the perfect family that found my home to be just as perfectly unique, rare, & memorable as I do. I was always proud to have Bobbie represent me. She always looks great & represents each client with the utmost class & knowledge. Bobble sets a diamond standard for her industry!
