Perfect Fit Home Rentals, LLC

This company refused to return my rental deposit at the end of my lease. They stopped responding to email/phone as soon as I returned the keys. I have since contacted the owner of the property I rented, he told me he was also very unhappy with this company. I've filed a complaint with the Georgia Real Estate Commission. I strongly encourage renters and property owners to NOT get involved with this company.

They incorrectly list their properties on rental apps. This is a very simple task so they are either negligent or willfully lying. Either way, based on other reviews here, I'd avoidthese people at all costs.

Edited - Do not use this company. Second appointment that I scheduled also had a no show property manager. They will not return my phone calls or emails. 6.19.19 - Not a good first impression. Scheduled an appointment online to view a property, received a confirmation via text and email the day prior, and 15 minutes into the appointment, still no property manager. No one has reached out to explain the confusion and/or scheduling conflict. I've left voicemails and sent emails to the company but have not received any response.

I’ve received emails and text messages every day since Monday in which I confirmed our viewing each time. We get to the property this afternoon, no one showed up to show us the property. We also called and of course no one answered the phone. I took my lunch break to come and tour one of their properties. If the quality of service is like this already, I can only imagine! No thanks, we’re good!

You should probably warn prospective tenants that you’re Trump supporting bigots. There’s a big MAGA welcome mat at the door of this establishment. I didn’t even bother going in after driving 2 hours to get there.
