    Despite our numerous communications and complete satisfaction of documentation and requirements, we have been waiting over 3 months to get a $225 invoice paid. Incompetency reigns!

    The Clubhouse at Sentry management , Harbins Estate. I was so thankful for the use of it that gave my Daughter a 50th surprise birthday party. Like to thank, Ms Felicia and Mrs Shirley Murdock who is our president of Harbins Landing. That their help was so appreciative. Thank you very much Ladies

    **WARNING** After 6+ years of a Fire incident that happened in November of 2017. 6 Townhomes/Condos have not been completed back to living condition. We have not been able to get our property back as they never finished construction.

    Hands down one of the worst/laziest companies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Almost always non-responsive, when they do respond it's weeks or months later. They have zero consistency and offer almost no value for how much they are being paid. I've been to their offices to review documents and their accounting system/process is laughable. Multiple years I've used their online system to pay my dues only to look months later and see I've been charged interest for late payments. You then have to hope and pray someone will respond when you ask to have the late payment interest removed. The little technology they do use is also laughable (a document search that takes 5 minutes or more to return any results). They haven't updated our homeowner portal with monthly financial documents since June of 2020. They are almost always behind on sending out documentation to the homeowners. Just simple yearly things like HOA due payment coupon books show up months in to the new year. This has happened consistently for all the years I've lived in this community. it's not a fluke. I've now sent 5 un-answered emails. They don't answer their phones. UPDATE: Finally got my issue escalated to their support manager who somehow got a person at the local office to pick up the phone. The person that answered was the person that was ignoring me initially and told me that she hadn't received any of my emails. She then replied to one of the emails she claimed to have not gotten. Her Manager then came on and tried to blame it on anyone other than himself and his team. He then sent me an email everything would be fixed and updated and it STILL took almost two weeks and multiple followup emails in order to get financial documents posted.
