The Daily - West Midtown

I’ve been going to the Daily for a very long time now!! The instructors are fantastic and are very good at correcting your form to keep you from getting injured and for getting maximum efficiency while doing the workouts. Pilates reformer classes are the best thing that’s happened to me since I had a child. I feel like I bounced back quicker because of it. I highly recommend The Daily!!

Beautiful, boutique pilates studio with awesome instructors. I was sore for days afterward. I go whenever I'm in Atlanta!

This is seriously my favorite place to work out! The studio is beautiful and well kept, and the staff is both friendly and well-educated in teaching pilates. I started my pilates experience at The Daily and it is now the only place in Atlanta I will go! If you're looking for a new studio in the area or you're interested in trying pilates for the first time, this is definitely the place to go!

Great Pilates studio in King Plow complex. The owner is very friendly and down to earth! All the instructors I have had have been very accommodating of my physical limitations and are happy to suggest alternative exercises. Free gated parking for the complex
