I do not recommend Dr. Holly, he does not listen to his patients. I had a telehealth visit with him as I was traveling back from my bday vacation overseas and had been sick (severe coughing, etc). He wanted to attribute my cough to being overweight and GI issues... when I knew it was probably COVID due to my exposure on the long flight. I was turned off. I tested positive for COVID the next day and that's why I was coughing, but had I listened to him I would have been taking an unnecessary med. He was more concerned with fat-shaming me versus listening to understand me and my symptoms, especially given the fact I was a new patient. He was too busy telling me his resume. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

This man literally brought me to sobs in my hospital bed. I had pancreatitis, was terrified of surgery, and was a female naked but for my hospital gown, entirely alone due to the pandemic and he thought it was appropriate to raise his voice to me and lecture me on my diet. I had had bariatric surgery 9 months beforehand. This was two years ago and I am still horrified. I have never been treated so poorly by a medical professional and honestly think he is a liability to whatever practices for which he works. I have advised Piedmont to never let him near me again. Do not go to this doctor.

Dr Holley is the best GI doctor Ive ever seen. He is the first GI doctor to actually ask me about my diet, and had great suggestions. He listened thoroughly and gave me the appropriate medications & exercise regimen. Six months later, I am doing much better. People often tell me how much healthier I look, and I attribute it largely to Dr. Holly.

Im 36 years old and have been experiencing digestive issues. Dr. Holly was a great listener, responsive, and very knowledgeable. His recommendations for care are well-rounded- balancing diet, exercise, mental wellness, natural supplements, and if necessary, the proper pharmaceuticals. I truly feel like Im on the right path after my appointment. Thanks so much!
