If I could give this location a 0 I WOULD. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH. IVE BEEN CALLING FOR A WEEK NOW TO SCHEDULE A APPOINTMENT THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE (LITERALLY). I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT OVER THE PHONE SHOWED UP THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT JUST FOR THEM TO SAY MY APPOINTMENT WASNT THERE WHEN ME ANS THE LADY CONFIRMED OVER THE PHONE THE LOCATION AND DAY . ALSO CAME UP THERE FOR AN APPOINTMENT JUST FOR THEM TO SEND ME BACK HOME AND NOT WORK ON MY TEETH . THIS IS THE WORST ORTHODONTIST A PERSON CAN EVER GO TOO! 0/10

Horrible customer service. Impossible to get an appointment and the blatant unwillingness to want to assist the patients is just unheard. If my son braces have not already been paid in full and the previous location closed and this the only close location, I would go somewhere else. However I am out of pocket over $2k paid in full and cant get service. But when my other son lost his retainers and that service is not free, he was able to get an appointment in 24 hours with the out of pocket expense of more than $200. I am now looking into filing a formal complaint with the American Board of Orthodontics. My son has had his braces in his mouth unattended to for over 8 months with no assistance.

I paid my payment off then I stop getting Vip treatments then I was told their under new management had to bring in proof I did manager put it on file and still nobody reached out to me yet. Scam!! I paid my braces off in full and it's nobody to talk to ?

They are going out of business and closing all offices in Georgia the end of February 2023. Our childrens orthodontic treatment will not be finished. We are out all monies paid to them. No orthodontist I have called will finish the treatment. They require all new hardware and full price starting over no matter if they have 3mo or 3yr left.

I absolutely HATE the McDonough office closed. You all are so gnikcuf GHETTO. No concerns for patient care what so ever. When transferred this office took my off automatic pay and want me to pay the late fees. I never had any issues in McDonough. They never answer the phone and always unprofessional. I have had at least three different Orthrodontist since I have been there since June 2022. They now only open two days per week. They scheduled you out months. I was being seen monthly. Long wait times. I never waited over 15 mins in McDonough. Now I am being informed the company was bought out. This is NOT patient care.
