Very long wait time but there was a very nice dental assistant with glasses that works so hard and should be appreciated more :D

I love it here Ive been coming since I was a little girl and each time the experience it great. The staff is very professional and environment is clean. Ill definitely recommend to everyone!

This is the Dental office I have been waiting on! In the past my experiences with the dentist have not been the best. Since my son chipped his tooth in 21, we have struggle to find a sincere office that is trying to rob me blind. From the time I walked in the door Erica B and Angela at the front desk was so pleasant. It really took the edge off of me feeling so overwhelmed. The dentist Dr. Beal was so friendly and pleasant. She was very informative about the steps that are need to correct my son problem. She even took the time to explain, option that we have pertaining to his tooth. I am thankful, and I hope all visit turn out this well. Thank you all! You guys make a big difference.

Update: Front desk receptionist needs to work on customer service skills. You should always address a client/patient when they come through the door, especially if they spoke to you 3 or 4 times. Excellent work and staff! My daughter feels so much better after waiting a year to be seen at Kool Smiles. They welcomed us with open arms. They know exactly what to say to the kids to keep them calm! I'm switching from Kool smiles, Dr.Lott Family and Children's Dentistry are right down the street from my house...love it!!!
