I was a regular at this location until today. I got charged $14.00 for faxing 7 to a local number & NO ONE told me until the got to the register how much it would cost. I have fax at home but I figured since Im there. Thats highway robberythats probably why they dont disclose ahead of time.

The Office Depots on this side of town are AWFUL! They usually have the rudest people working for them. Today I called and asked about having something printed. The document could not be broken up, so I refrained from uploading it to their site. I was told to send an email to the store. So I sent the documents over, with the page numbers over that I wanted printed. I get to the store and none of the pages have been printed. Mind you the traffic was really bad and it took almost an hour to get to the store. I go in and speak to an associate, named Z something, and she checks to see if the email came. I then inquired about the price and she tells me its 30 cent more to have it printed in the store. I tell her thats not the price listed online and why I couldnt print online. She almost becomes combative about the price. Not a problem, I go to the site and show her whats listed. I figured she didnt have the privileges of changing prices, so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager comes over, as he does the associate starts speaking with someone else, and approves the price change. I then wait almost 15 mins for her to even acknowledge me waiting. She comes over and starts asking what pages to print, I remind her that its in the email. She gets an attitude and begins working with the other lady again. A whole 30 minutes have gone by before she is ready to print my stuff. I told her never mind. Still dismissive she saids, Okay! I will be contacting the District Manager because this behavior in unacceptable. If you dont like your job or interacting with ppl positively, get a work from home job or a sugar daddy!

Always sooooo slow at the print and copy center. Not sure if theyre just understaffed or if their employees are just incompetent but every time I come in to get something printed out it takes twice as long as it should either from just waiting or at time of service. Unfortunately they have the best printing result compared to Staples and other print centers so I guess Ill have to keep coming back as this is the closest one to me.
