This is the worst moving company ever. They use bummed out guys to move that smell like weed and they purposely drag their feet to make sure they go over the time allotted. Worst experience ever and would not advise anyone to use this service. I wish there was a way to give them a half of a star they were that horrible

I hired this company to move my 1bedroom apartment and my furniture was damaged. No one has followed up with me regarding this matter. I definitely DONT recommend them. See you in court…….

These movers are some the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. My building requires each resident to reserve the loading dock and freight elevator in two hour increments in an attempt to make move in and move outs efficient. I had the misfortune of moving in on the afternoon of 9/30 after Superior Movers was to have moved their customer out starting at 9:00am. At 2:00pm, the start of my reserved time, Superior Movers still in the loading dock and using the freight elevator. The two movers ignored requests tenants, building security and building management to respect the moving guidelines to which all residents must adhere. They had absolutely no consideration for anyone or anything other than their job and there money. They refused to leave until or work around the backlog they’d caused multiple people. I have asked building management to ban Superior Movers from future moves in our building. Movers need to be able to think logically and solve basic customer service issues. Superior Movers were clearly unable or unwilling to do either. There are too many other moving options for any company to operate in such an unprofessional manner.
