Beware of this company. I would not suggest anyone using this company unless you plan to give your items away. I paid for two storage units for 20 months and received only half of my shipment. I have had to file a claim with the courts in hopes to retain any compensation for my lost items which included couches, a large dresser and other items, too many to list. They have not done anything to assist in “finding†my items that they say are in a large warehouse not my units I paid for. It’s been a nightmare working with them and very expensive to replace all the items that they have “lostâ€. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you are ok with giving away your items.

MyPorter had excellent customer service before our move-- unfortunately that's where it ended. We had several items damaged including a stainless steel refrigerator and our hardwood floors. We purchased the insurance with the assurance from our movers that any damage items would be replaced, but that was not true. After 3 months of making requests, they finally promised to replaced the damaged refrigerator doors. At this time we have been waiting and contacting MyPorter for over 6 months with no resolution to date. The last update was that the doors were ordered, but MyPorters payment was declined, so we are now back to square one. Save yourself the frustration and use another mover. Service: Local removals

We used My Porter to move us from Hampton to Social Circle, GA in September of 2020. The crew was great and the lead was especially awesome, but the administration was terrible. They overcharged us almost $2000. I had to get my charge card company to work to get the excess charges reversed. Additionally, we submitted a claim for damages and as of this date 1/31/21, we have not been paid. We have been promised our damage check by February. Before my charge card company got involved, we tried repeatedly to get in touch with the office to no avail. They do not respond to your calls or emails. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If it wasn't for the moving crew and the lead mover, I would have rated them as a one.

I used MyPorter to pick up, store, and deliver my furniture while I moved to a new home that was under construction. When I was ready for delivery, they could not make the day I signed up for online. Why have an online calendar then? On delivery day, they lost 1/3 of my belongings in the warehouse. Delivery guys left me to go back, and did not return my calls or give me any updates. Finally, I got someone on the phone the next day, and they had no idea my items were lost. Delivery guys did not write down which items were delivered, so no way to know exactly what was missing. It took them three days to find the missing vault and get it back to me, so I had to take 2 extra days off work. Very much a waste of my time. Still not 100% sure I got all my stuff back. They need to have better tracking on their warehouses. I was told they have over 1,500 vaults stored in Atlanta area. Services: Storage, Online payments, In-county removals, Packing/unpacking
