Jamie and her team are fantastic and helped me design the perfect custom suit. from the original appointment, Jamie made sure that all my questions were answered and provided much needed feedback for some of the more minute details. great experience and will be coming back for another suit soon!

Jamie and her team are warm, personable, and make the process smooth and easy. They offered feedback and recommendations, didn't try to upsell or force me into anything, and upon receipt of my suits, the pants were great and the jackets each needed slight alterations, which were done quickly and effectively. I'd definitely recommend them for your needs, whether that's for a wedding, or like me, for suits to look good and feel confident when the need arises.

After some poor experiences at other stores in the are, Roy helped me get 2 suits exactly as I wanted. The amount of customization and attention to detail surpassed every other place I visited. They were so welcoming and I left even more excited for my wedding.

First time going out to get a suit here, terrible first impression. I scheduled an appointment at 12pm, came in and was told immediately the server was down. Not a big deal, it happens, but it doesn't help when the guy didn't even seem like he wanted to help. He said the most he could do was at least get my measurements which was fine. The first question he asked was when I needed it by because it's a 4-6 week turn around time for suits and alterations to be done. It's currently late February and I needed it by late May. For some reason the guy couldn't process that it is nearly 3 months away so plenty of time to get it done, but he rudely kept questioning me as if I was giving him a wrong message. Next was taking the measurements, I own up to the mistake that my long sleeve shirt was a bit thicker than a t-shirt and again rudely mentioned we couldn't proceed with measurements. I wanted to ask him if he at least had something thinner for me to wear in the meantime but he didn't seem to want to further assist anymore. At that point I just walked out because I couldn't tolerate his behavior any longer. I got a call about 20 minutes later from indochino from a different associate (must be a manager) who apologized for the server issue and must have realized I was having a terrible experience. He asked if I could come back. I told it would take me 20 minutes to drive back. The manager immediately told me that it was too late and had to move on to other appointments (why even waste my time to call then just to tell me you're going to prioritize other people than remediate our interaction?). At that point, I immediately told him there's no other day for me to come back and I was done doing business with them (sucks because I was prepared to spend over a grand for a suit) I ended up going to suit supply next door who was much more helpful and prioritized making my experience much better.
