Very unpleasant staff member at this location. If youre having a good shopping day, avoid shopping at A&F when Michelle or Rochelle is on shift. I didnt catch the name clearly because she spoke under her breath and avoided eye contact and simple questions. I had to ask her questions twice and when shed finally respond it was with an horrible attitude as if Id interrupted her free time. Not quite sure how someone with such an unsocial personality got a job here. Ended up not purchasing anything here purely based on this experience, will not support that type of behavior!

The girl Michelle at the register had the absolute WORST attitude. She would ignore questions, and wouldnt make eye contact at any point. For absolutely NO reason. We were very happy and friendly until she turned that around really quick with her Super rude and condescending attitude. She made us feel extremely uncomfortable. It gave my mother and I the absolute worst experience and honestly it was extremely upsetting, specially when I wanted to enjoy a day out shopping with my baby daughter and mother. It made my stomach turn. Im not asking for someone to suck up to their customers but simple answers to questions is not a lot to ask for with no attitude, specially when the person is beyond friendly. This girl needs to be fired or retrained on social skills ASAP specially working in an environment such as this. She is an angry unsocial girl who clearly hates everybody. The guy who was folding clothes at the front was extremely sweet and apologized on behalf of her. Thanks to him he made the situation a bit better. This happened 1-22-23 at around 5:30pm.
