Dr. Cole and nurse Michelle were wonderful and funny. They are professional and friendly. I have been since I was 12. I am now 18.

I recently had an ultrasound with a Doctor there and it was very unpleasant. I left feeling violated! I've had many ultrasounds before, but she made me feel very uncomfortable. When I got in the room, the exam bed was laid flat. I'm a leg crosser by nature, so I crossed my feet. However, she told me to uncross them. I went ahead and pulled my pants and my underwear down to my hip area, the normal level where patients are asked. However, she wanted me to be completely exposed. She raised her voice at me in a language I didn't understand, which caught me completely off guard, while she was tugging at my loosely fit pants and underwear trying to bring them down more! At that point, I wanted to get up and leave, but I remain calm, I needed to know why i was having pain in my left side of my stomach. I let her finish the exam which lasted no more than two minutes. She recommended I come back and get a vaginal ultrasound. When checking out, I asked the young lady at the front, "Were she the only one who performs ultrasounds?" She shook her head no, What a relief to hear. I was sent to this location, because the location in Forest Park doesn't have ultrasound tech equipment. However, no patient should be yelled at, and absolutely no patient should never feel the experience I'd felt. On the way home, that's all I could think about. I woke up this morning and the experience is still fresh in mind. This Location is where I normally go to see Dr. Williams who's a great Dentist by the way, but Yesterday April 9, 2024 an Ultrasound appointment I had at 11:00am was very unprofessional, and unpleasant.

Staff is very short, felt like get me in and out, didnt even know my doc visit was over until I was being escorted out. I also requested to be in the room with my children when they received their three shots, but my son got his shots while I was on another roll with my daughter and the nurses response was she didnt know my son wanted me in the room with him, he is only 11 and hasnt had shots in years. I dont even know if the vaccinations they gave them are necessary. Dont even get me started with the lady who works the labs, she was extremely rude! Talked to me like I was a 5 year old child, rushed me, and has a very unwelcoming energy, very aggressive as well. Every time I asked her a question she slapped her leg and rocked her body with aggravation, I will be finding my kids a pediatric office that will handle them with care and treat them better.
