So disappointing at the customer service I received @emoryhealthcare On the phone today. I typically have a great experience but today I had the awful experience of speaking to Luella who reports to Gina. Her attitude was nasty and she seemed annoyed to be working. I asked for clarification on information she provided and she said I dont what else to tell you. She seemed annoyed from the time she answered the call. Her attitude was nasty and rude. She should not be working in customer service for any hospital especially Emory. I asked to speak with her supervisor she left me on hold for quite sometime and then sent me over to a patient line. Im considering having my surgery done elsewhere. So disappointed.

My ultrasound came back abnormaland & shows signs of cancer the doctors told me to follow up in a year instead of 3 years every month when it's time to come on my period I am in pain and passing huge blood clots the only time I've ever had a pain full period is when I have a infection or something isn't right I'm 24 years old with 3 daughter I know my body and Im in pain and I cant receive the proper help to live a healthy life and raise my daughters this isn't right ! I need more test ran on me I need proper health care .
