        Employees were very nice to us. However, when we got home found out we were charged for the 3 year warranty on watch & necklace. Would have given a larger rating except for the warranty charge. Guess we will be taking them both back.

        Christina was AMAZING !!! Extremely helpful . Goes above and beyond to make sure youre satisfied. Its extremely rare that you find exceptional unmatched customer service like hers anymore . Great attitude and positive vibes . She really makes you feel valued as A customer . I will DEFINITELY go see her for all of my and my familys jewelry needs and recommend friends and family to her .
