I called Mr Speed to do an post home inspection. I was considering selling my home and wanted to know if my house was up to current codes. He was on time and conducted a thorough inspection of my home. I was given a detailed report along with consultation. I will refer his inspection services to anyone looking to buy or already owning a home.

I needed a home Inspected because I was in my DD period of the buying process. The first company I scheduled an inspection with canceled on me last minute because they did not service the area my home was in. I was already in my DD period so I needed to find an inspector fast. I was referred to Antonio by my real estate agent. I called Antonio and was able to schedule an inspection 2 days later. Antonio quickly responded to all my questions and even showed up early on inspection day. The same day of the inspection Antonio sent me a detailed report with pictures breaking down all the major concerns of the property. The report was organized in sections and each section was explained in detail. I would recommend Speed Quality Inspections to anyone in need of an inspection.
