Ronnie was terrific- i needed a fast inspection and he made himself available. The report was comprehensive and easy to understand with detailed pictures. He even went back to check on something I had a specific question about that wasn’t in the report. Friendly, professional and easy to work with- highly recommended.

Mr Hobbs’ ratings are superior and this is why I chose him to inspect a townhouse I had under contract. I met him at the inspection site and it appeared as though he had taken his time to look at all systems. I also opted for a mold inspection in my inspection package. When I arrived, Mr. Hobbs related the home was in good shape and there were only minor issues. After walking around the inside, I noticed 2 areas where there had been leaks and water damage. The hardwoods were rotten and warped in those areas. The leaks were obvious from both inside and outside the unit. I asked for a mold evaluation, too, which was paid for, but not done. I also requested a partial refund, but haven’t heard from Mr. Hobbs. I regret my experience was so poor
