They have some surly employees here or maybe it starts at the top. Three times Ive been here I feel like I am being hassled or judged, treated like Im running a scam or something. I spent over $4000 at TCS over the past 2 months and every time I come in to exchange something (as you are supposed to be able to do with Elfa closet components within 120 days especially when they are not working or defective) its not an easy transaction at this store. One time I was interrogated over a $2.99 rod holder. This store needs to learn to show their customers respect. Go to the Buckhead store and you will have no problems - they are very helpful and friendly, they will take care of you and treat you right.

I love this store, a bit pricey but they have some unique items to choose from.
