Buyer beware. Rich Bradee is a swindler. Do not give him money, repeat, do not give him money. If you're lucky enough to get product it's out of the carton, pre-fab from Tawain. Look at BBB and at legal actions against him. Her didn't even pay for there business. Seriously, drive on by

We signed a contract with Bradees Kitchen and Bath on July 23 to do a kitchen, bathroom, floors and stair railing remodel on our home. We paid him a deposit for the job he requested to get started which was $42,000. It has been 3 months since then but all that has been done is demo. We asked for our money back, but nothing else has been done and no money has been given back. We have been living in our basement with 2 young kids for 3 months now and don’t know how much longer we will have to live like this. He has not responded at all since Oct 2. Last week we filed a police report for his arrest.

Shady Bradees I had purchased cabinets from them at least 3 times in the past, every time no problem everything went great. Something has changed. This time I ordered the cabinets from Rich. Asked if I could have them in 2 weeks. He said no problem. Delivery day comes and no cabinets. He said supplier did not send them. Gave me another delivery date that date no cabinets. He kept promising me new dates and each time no cabinets. I had 8 different delivery dates and nothing. He always blamed it on his supplier. When I told him I needed a refund because I needed to order cabinets from somewhere else he called and again blamed it on supplier "they sent my cabinets but in wrong color." I had ordered off white and they sent white. He never told me this before. I then asked if I agreed to take the white could he get them to me "oh yes as soon as tomorrow". You guessed it no cabinets. I had to buy cabinets from somewhere else. I had a tenant with no kitchen because Rich could not produce the cabinets. He only wants to communicate through text. I have all the text he sent me. Once I told him he should go back and read the previous text he sent me before sending me new ones. He was unable to keep up with the lies he had told me before. I don't know what is going on with Rich and his business but the ship is sinking and he is trying to take everyone's money with him. He has become a very dishonest man. He only takes checks so that customers can't use their charge card companies to go after him when he stiffs customers. Don't do business with this man.
