Joel and his team where beyond professional and amazing. They were on time every single day. They left my house spotless after every day! You would have had no idea my stairs where being worked on because they made sure to clean up after themselves after everything they did. My stairs look and feel amazing! I would recommend them 10/10! We will be giving them a call back later this year for another project. I've had one condo refinished my flooring and another install new hardware. I can't recommend enough this company. Joel is very responsive, hard worker, and problem solver. He went above and beyond on my latest flooring installation working with my HOA guidelines and when an issue arrived he came up with a solution. This is our second round using Metro ATL Floors. We had Joel and his crew install new hardwoods on our main as well as refinish parts of the main that were already hardwood. They also did our stairs and upstairs hallway. Everything turned out beautifully! We had a stress-free experience with them and found everyone on the team to be very trustworthy. They perform high quality work, show up on time, and get things done.

Working as a Realtor I come in contact with many contractors. Few of them are as honorable and trustworthy as Joel Negron and I have no hesitation referring him to clients and friends. I had him install some new hardwood floors that turned out looking excellent. I was concerned with the floors not matching the color of my existing hardwoods, but I was assured they'd look good. Prior to hiring Metro ATL floors for the job, I got multiple quotes ranging from 2k-10k for the same job. I found it pretty disgraceful what some people charge for a hardwood floors. Metro Atl floors was very reasonably priced on the lower end of the spectrum and none of the competitive companies held the hardwood floor installation credentials and designations that Joel did.
