These folks are top shelf! Met them at the Atlanta Home Show and decided to let them submit a quote to redo our first floor flooring. Grant came out, made the necessary measurements and e-mailed me a quote the next day. The next week a couple of samples of the product we were thinking about arrived at my door. Grant and Denise worked around my somewhat odd schedule. The installation went great and the finished product is fabulous. Highly recommend.

Grant was wonderful to work with. Flooring samples were just what we needed to make our choices. Installation crews were on time and hard workers! Job was done according to our specs. If we ever need flooring again Grant is whom we will call!

Denise was an absolute gem to work with. She felt like family from the first visit. She helped us to pick the flooring we wanted and what we were happy with. There was NO high pressure sale tactics! See a couple of before and after pictures! Thank you so much.

Denise was my saving grace! She knew right away that I was stressed out about my 2nd floor refresh/update. She stepped in, eased some fears and calmed a great deal of anxiety. There were no high-pressure sales tactics or time restraints placed on me. Denise gave excellent recommendations regarding carpet colors that would look nice stepping from my renovated master bathroom into my master bedroom. She also suggested carpet grades and colors for my spare bedrooms that would complement the color that I was planning to paint the walls. Everything turned out amazing and definitely exceeded my expectations. My new carpet makes it look like I live in a brand-new house. I would give 10 stars if I could, and I will definitely reach out to Denise again when I am ready to update other properties.

We selected Floor Coverings International over the competitors because of the personal touch Denise provided to help us select our flooring and wood stain, the straightforward, honest assessment, and the timely estimate her and the installers provided. The prices were competitive, and they went the extra mile to make sure we understood our options with our unique sub-flooring limitations. We ended up sanding and refinishing our white oak wood in the living room/front room, and redoing our hallways, closets, and bedroom with carpet. Gustavo and Erick did an incredible job on our old wood floors and they look brand new with an amazing color to them. Salvador and Victor installed our new carpet and made sure all the materials were top-notch quality and placed down, cut, and secured professionally. We were thrilled with the work both install teams did. Everything about working with Floor Coverings International was smooth and professional, and we would be happy to work with them if we need new flooring again!
