Absolutely terrible customer service. It's been 7 weeks, 8 phone calls and 5 emails on an online order and not any communication. It took so long that the workroom I had it shipped to actually closed. When I called for a tracking number they couldn't provide. I asked for the order to just be refunded and they said "We aren't giving you a refund we have already shipped it." Then I was placed on an extended hold.

I’ve never written a review before but felt compelled to given my 1 star experience. Total time required for my reupholstery went from 3 weeks to over 5 weeks with absolutely zero communication about this from them. When I called to ask what was going on, the woman stated she couldn’t even give me a status update. Literally could not say whether the work had even been started on. (This was after 4 weeks when everything should have been done already.) I made it very clear that I needed to have everything done within the next week for an event I was having (the work should have been done well before this assuming the 3 week timeline was accurate). I spoke to two different people who told me two different things and it wasn’t until the day of (2 hours before) that they said they wouldn’t have my items ready despite confirming they were on the truck (coming from the elusive “workroom” that everything is outsourced to). This is no way to run a business and caused far more stress and back and forth communication required for something so simple. Save yourself time and stress by going elsewhere.
